Terms of Use
By installing PackRip: Cards you agree to the following. These terms are in plain English and intentionally short.
Last updated: May 16, 2026.
The app
"PackRip: Cards" (the "App") is an iPhone collectible-card pack-opening simulator published by Arinc Elhan ("we", "us"). The App is provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement for App Store apps. You may not reverse engineer, extract assets from, or redistribute the App or its bundled artwork.
In-app purchases
The App offers consumable coin packs and a recurring subscription called PackRip Plus. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store; we never see or store your payment details.
- Coin packs are one-time purchases that grant in-app coins. Coins have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable except via Apple's standard refund process.
- PackRip Plus is a recurring auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually at the price shown on the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Plus benefits: +3 daily free packs, 25% sell bonus, 2× streak rewards, streak protection, 1.5× XP, and a cosmetic Plus Seal. Benefits may evolve over time and are described in-app on the paywall and Settings.
Loot-box / pull-rate disclosure
The App contains randomized pack-opening with pre-disclosed odds, in compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1. You can view the full pull-rate table from the in-app shop at any time before purchase, including foil variant odds and pity thresholds. Odds are server-tunable and the disclosed table reflects the live values. Pack opening is for entertainment only and is not gambling — coins and cards have no cash-out value.
Original content
PackRip: Cards is an indie collectible-card simulator. All card art is generated offline using AI tools and is original to PackRip. The App contains no third-party trademarked content. No physical cards are sold or shipped.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass the server-side coin-grant flow or inject coins into your save.
- Do not redistribute, scrape, or repackage the bundled card artwork.
- Do not resell App Store accounts, save files, or completed collections — all of which would violate Apple's EULA in addition to these terms.
Service interruptions
The cloud save and server-driven content delivery run on Cloudflare and depend on third-party services (Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App degrades gracefully — if the cloud is unreachable, your local save is intact and bundled fallback content is used.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or revoke access if these terms are violated, or if continued service becomes infeasible (for example, if the backend is shut down). In that case the App will fall back to local-only mode where possible.
No professional advice
The App is for entertainment only. It does not provide investment, gambling, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the App is limited to the amount you paid us via in-app purchase in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, except where local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
