In short
Warranty Pad is a personal reminder tool for receipts and warranties. It is informational only — always confirm policies with the store. Pro is a one-time purchase, no subscription. Refunds go through Apple.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Warranty Pad ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Warranty Pad lets you save items you have purchased, attach a receipt photo or PDF, and receive local reminders before the return window or warranty expires. Receipt text extraction (OCR) and field structuring run entirely on your iPhone using Apple's Vision and Foundation Models frameworks. Store presets and warranty defaults bundled with the app are heuristics maintained on a best-effort basis.
3. Informational only — not legal or consumer-rights advice
Warranty Pad is a personal reminder tool. The dates, return windows, and warranty durations it surfaces are informational. They are based on:
- Heuristic OCR and parsing of your receipt
- Default values you can edit before saving
- Store presets that may be out of date or incorrect for your specific purchase
Always verify the actual return policy and warranty terms with the merchant before relying on a reminder. Warranty Pad does not provide legal, consumer-rights, financial, or insurance advice.
4. Eligibility
Warranty Pad is rated 4+ and intended for general audiences who manage personal purchases. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter or correct after OCR.
5. Purchases
Warranty Pad offers a free tier (up to 10 tracked items). Warranty Pad Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited items, all reminder presets, and receipt photo / PDF attachments:
- Pricing: $4.99 USD one-time (or local equivalent in App Store territories; ~₺99 in Türkiye).
- No subscription, no auto-renewal: payment is charged once to your Apple ID at confirmation. There is nothing to cancel.
- Restore: available any time on a device signed in to the same Apple ID.
- Family Sharing: not enabled at this time.
- Payment: handled exclusively by Apple. We do not see your payment method or billing address.
Use of Warranty Pad is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued by Apple at their discretion through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or extract the app's source or assets beyond what is permitted by Apple's terms
- Use the app to abuse, deceive, or harm any person
- Send automated requests at a rate that disrupts the service

The app, its source code, design, illustrations, and original text are © 2026 Arinc Elhan, all rights reserved.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that OCR will be 100% accurate, that store presets will match the actual policy at any given moment, or that local notifications will fire — these depend on iOS scheduling and your notification permissions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arinc Elhan and Warranty Pad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed return windows, expired warranties, lost purchase value, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if advised of the possibility.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your iPhone.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
