1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Uyum Testi ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

Uyum Testi is an AI-powered personality result app that analyses your selfie using a large vision model (hosted by fal.ai in the EU) to generate personality-type results, compatibility scores, and shareable cards. Results are produced by AI and are not authored by a psychologist, therapist, or any licensed professional.

3. Entertainment Only — Not Professional Advice

Uyum Testi is for entertainment purposes only. It does not provide and is not a substitute for:

• Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
• Legal advice
• Relationship counselling or compatibility guarantees
• Financial or investment advice

Do not make important life or relationship decisions based on app results. The results are AI-generated entertainment and have no scientific or professional basis.

4. Eligibility

Uyum Testi is rated 17+ on the App Store due to AI-generated content that may include mature themes. You must be at least 17 years old to use the app. By using Uyum Testi, you represent that you are 17 or older.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Uyum Testi offers a free tier with limited uses. Uyum Testi Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited analysis, all archetype details, and an ad-free experience:

• Pricing: ₺49/week, ₺129/month, or ₺599/year (or local equivalent in App Store territories).
• No free trial: Uyum Testi Pro is offered without a free trial. The free tier (limited analyses) is available at no cost.
• Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Payment: handled exclusively by Apple. We do not see your payment method or billing address.

Use of Uyum Testi is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA.

6. Selfie Processing

When you upload a selfie, it is transmitted over HTTPS to fal.ai for AI inference. The original selfie is permanently deleted from fal.ai servers within 24 hours. The analysis result (type scores, compatibility data) is returned to your device only. We never store your selfie on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued by Apple at their discretion through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload selfies of other people without their consent
• Submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or extract the app's source or assets beyond what is permitted by Apple's terms
• Use the app to abuse, deceive, or harm any person
• Send automated requests at a rate that disrupts the service

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its source code, design, illustrations, and original text are © 2026 Arinc Elhan, all rights reserved. AI-generated analysis results are provided for personal entertainment use only and may not be resold or redistributed as a commercial product.

10. AI-Generated Content

Analysis results are produced by language and vision models and may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any result for any purpose.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arinc Elhan and Uyum Testi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your iPhone.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and a notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
