This Privacy Policy describes how Uyum Testi ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Uyum Testi mobile app. The app is published by Arinc Elhan ("developer"). By using Uyum Testi, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Uyum Testi collects the minimum information required to operate the service:
- An anonymous device identifier — a random UUID generated on first launch and stored in your iOS Keychain. It is not linked to your Apple ID, name, email, phone number, or any other personal information. If the Keychain is unavailable, we fall back to Apple's
identifierForVendor(IDFV), which is reset when you uninstall the app. - Selfie photo — when you upload a selfie for type analysis, it is transmitted over HTTPS to fal.ai for AI inference. The original image is permanently deleted from fal.ai servers within 24 hours. Your selfie is never stored on our own servers.
- Purchase data — when you start a Pro subscription, Apple's StoreKit issues a transaction. The transaction identifier and your anonymous UUID are sent to our Cloudflare Worker to verify your Pro entitlement. We do not see your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Process your selfie through fal.ai's vision model to generate your type analysis result
- Verify and maintain your Pro subscription status
- Provide and maintain the Uyum Testi service
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
Third-Party Services
- fal.ai (EU servers) — handles AI inference on your selfie. fal.ai operates servers within the European Union (Germany) and does not retain your selfie beyond the 24-hour deletion window. See fal.ai's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat — third-party SDK that wraps Apple StoreKit for entitlement management. RevenueCat receives your anonymous UUID and the Apple-issued transaction. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

- Cloudflare Workers + KV — hosts our backend entitlement verification endpoint. Stores a short-lived entitlement record keyed by your anonymous UUID. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Selfie (original) — deleted from fal.ai within 24 hours. We never store your selfie on our servers.
- Anonymous UUID — stored in Keychain until you delete the app or wipe Keychain.
- Subscription entitlement record — kept in Cloudflare KV while your subscription is valid; removed when it expires.
- Local data (type history, results) — stored only on your device via SwiftData; never uploaded to our server.

What We Do Not Collect
- No name, email, phone number, or Apple ID
- No location data
- No advertising identifier (IDFA); no App Tracking Transparency prompt

- No cookies or tracking pixels in the app
Children's Privacy
Uyum Testi is rated 17+ on the App Store. The app is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 17.
Your Rights
Because we do not link any data to a real-world identity, there is nothing to "log into" to view or delete. To erase your local data, delete the app from your iPhone. To erase your subscription entitlement record on our server, contact us with your transaction ID and we will remove it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change and the new policy will appear at this URL. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
