1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Roadshow ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Roadshow provides a gin-rummy estate-sale roguelike.
3. Not professional advice
Roadshow is for personal use only. It does not provide and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on the app.
4. Eligibility
Roadshow is rated 4+ and intended for general audiences.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pricing: $4.99/month or $39.99/year for Roadshow Pro; optional coin packs from $0.99 to $99.99 (or local equivalent in 175 territories).
- Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Payment: handled exclusively by Apple. We do not see your payment method or billing address.
Use of Roadshow is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued by Apple at their discretion through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Acceptable use
- No illegal, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
- No reverse engineering beyond what Apple's terms permit
- No automated requests that disrupt the service

The app, its source code, design, illustrations, and original text are © 2026 Arinc Elhan, all rights reserved.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arinc Elhan and Roadshow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. You may stop using the app by deleting it from your iPhone.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and a notice in the app.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
