How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Roadshow → Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore a previous subscription?
Open Roadshow → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that purchased it.
Why isn't my Pro subscription active?
Try Restore Purchases first. If that fails, force-quit the app and reopen. If still inactive after 5 minutes, email us with your transaction ID (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Roadshow → tap the subscription).
Is there a free trial?
Roadshow offers no free trial.
Is my data private?
Yes. Roadshow has no accounts and no third-party tracking. See Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by Apple at their discretion. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com.
