Restoring purchases
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your active subscription and any consumable coin packs that have not yet been granted server-side. If a webhook is still in flight you'll see "Pending — try again in a moment"; the app retries with exponential backoff for ~12 seconds.
Getting your collection back
Your collection lives in the cloud against an anonymous UUID stored in the iOS Keychain. On the same device a reinstall restores everything automatically because the Keychain UUID survives. On a brand-new device or after wiping iCloud Keychain, the new install generates a fresh UUID. Email us with the old UUID (visible in Settings → About on the original device) and we'll reattach it.
Subscriptions
- Cancel: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PackRip Plus → Cancel.
- Switch monthly ↔ annual: same path; Apple prorates the change automatically.
- Family Sharing: PackRip Plus is family-shareable. Coin packs are not.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides; we do not punish accounts where Apple grants a refund in good faith.
Pull-rate disclosure
The full pack pull-rate table is reachable in two taps from any pack: tap a pack in the shop → "View Pull Rates & Odds". A static reference also lives at /rarity. Numbers are server-tunable and the in-app sheet always shows the live values.
Pack opening & gameplay
- Daily free packs: baseline 5 free Basic packs/day. PackRip Plus adds +3.
- Hunt packs: target a specific missing card with rarity-weighted odds (8% for the rarest, up to 60% for commons).
- Seals: 16 permanent perks tied to milestones. Seals 1–8 unlock at launch; 9–16 unlock as new pantheons ship.
- God Pack: ~1 in 500 packs guarantees the highest tiers across the slot board.
Privacy
We collect the bare minimum required to run cloud save and IAP. No analytics SDKs, no ad SDKs, no third-party trackers. See the full privacy policy.

Email elhanarinc@gmail.com. Include your iOS version, iPhone model, and (if applicable) the UUID from Settings → About. Crash repros with screenshots get fixed fastest.
