Summary
Glance does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Market and wallet data comes from public Polymarket APIs and is not stored by us. Optional license validation for Glance Pro uses Polar.sh; no personal data is collected beyond what is needed for the subscription.
Information We Don't Collect
Glance is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect:
- Personal information
- Usage analytics
- Crash reports
- Polymarket account or wallet data (beyond what you add to your watchlist locally)
- Any other data
Polymarket Data
Glance fetches public market and leaderboard data from Polymarket's APIs. This data is displayed in the app and may be cached temporarily on your device. We do not store Polymarket data on our servers. For Polymarket's own privacy practices, see Polymarket's privacy policy.
Glance Pro & Polar
If you subscribe to Glance Pro, license validation is handled by Polar.sh. We do not store your payment details. Only subscription status (e.g. active/expired) may be validated; no personal data is collected by Glance beyond what Polar requires for the checkout and license check.
Data Storage
Your watchlist (markets and wallets you add) and app preferences are stored only on your Mac. Nothing is synced to our servers.
Third-Party Services
Glance uses Polymarket's public APIs for market data and, if you choose to subscribe, Polar for Glance Pro. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
Glance does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
